SUMMARY
These laws (MCL 324.35301-35326) provide for the expenditure of state funds for the protection of coastal beach erosion. This includes for investigation or study functions as well as for the purchase of land and the funding of projects necessary for flood control, and drainage, or beach erosion control projects.
